Why all the shocked faces?
It's suppose to look Christmassy, be covered in fake snow and the wattage should burn your eyes when you walk down a high street.
Get in the festive spirit ,drink mulled cider( at any time of day) and shock people with a little Merry Christmas when you open the door for them.
Spread the cheer! or at least bring chocolates.
